As a tenant, we offer you various options to simplify and streamline this process. Please refer to the instructions below on how to report your maintenance:
Additionally, kindly ensure that you keep us updated on any changes to your contact details, as this is crucial for our system to recognize your maintenance request.

Emergency Maintenance
For emergency maintenance during business hours, please contact our office at (07) 5530 2000, between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
In the event of an emergency outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail on our office number, and we will return your call as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you submit your maintenance request in writing as well, providing us with as much detail as possible.
If the emergency repair cannot wait until the next business day, we have a trusted list of after-hours tradespeople. However, please note that they are only approved to attend to emergency maintenance items. If you request any repairs that do not fall under the emergency maintenance category, you may be responsible for the cost of the invoice.
For serious flood or storm damage, please contact the SES at 132 500. If the situation is life-threatening, please dial (000) immediately.

Emergency Maintenance Repairs Include:

- A blocked or broken toilet system (if the home only has 1 toilet)
- A serious roof leak
- A gas leak
- A dangerous electrical fault
- A breakdown of an essential service, such as a heater, hot water system, or air conditioning that is not working
- Gas, electricity, or water supply that is not working
- A safety-related device, such as a smoke alarm, that is faulting
